1. Purpose

Osaisen Japan strives to make every donation experience clear and trouble-free. Because donations are voluntary and intangible, refunds are granted only in limited circumstances described below.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be approved only if any of the following applies:

2System or processing errorThe payment gateway charged an amount different from what you entered.
3Charge-back or legal orderYour card issuer initiates a charge-back or a competent authority orders a refund.

Change-of-mind or correctly processed voluntary donations are not refundable.

All refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the donation date.
Requests received after this window cannot be processed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Send an e-mail to osaisen@relyontrip.com with the following:

  1. Your full name
  2. Donation date and amount
  3. Transaction ID or receipt number
  4. Reason that matches one of the eligible scenarios above

You will receive an acknowledgement within two business days. We may request additional details if necessary.

4. Review & Processing

  • We aim to review each request and notify you of the decision within five business days.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within seven business days.
  • Additional time required by your card issuer is outside our control.

5. Non-Refundable Donations

  • Donations knowingly and voluntarily made by the donor are non-refundable.
  • No refunds are provided for a change of mind or any scenario not listed as eligible in Section 2.
